Furniture

With our team's extensive experience in interior fit-out and construction industries, FDCC will be able to provide suitable fit-out contracting services for different market sectors, such as Hospitality, Retail, Commercial, Cultural, Residential, Sports, Leisure, and Healthcare.

  • FDCC shall prepare all shop drawings according to the design drawings to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with the contract terms and conditions, and adherence to approved international standards.

  • FDCC shall search and prepare material submittals for all items and conduct necessary tests to ensure compliance with contract specifications and client satisfaction.

  • FDCC takes full responsibility for managing and closely monitoring the supply, manufacturing, implementation, and installation processes. Our objective is to strictly follow the plans and specifications outlined in the contract and adhere to internationally accepted standards. We meticulously document and record all required tests in accordance with these standards and the contractual specifications.

Fit Out Construction

​FDCC will perform the necessary construction work to transform the space, including partitioning, flooring, ceiling, electrical and plumbing works, etc., in accordance with high-quality standards and specifications.

Interior Design Drawings

FDCC will provide customized joinery and carpentry services, designing and manufacturing built-in cabinets, shelves, counters, etc., according to the client's specific requirements.

(MEP)

Services

FDCC will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, electrical fixtures,
lighting, plumbing fixtures, fire protection systems, etc., in accordance with high-quality standards and specifications.

Furniture and Fixtures Supply

FDCC will handle the procurement and installation of selected furniture, fixtures, and equipment as per the client's preferences.

Branding and Signage

​FDCC offers branding and signage solutions, including the design and installation of company logos, wall graphics, signage, and way-finding systems.

Audio-Visual and IT Integration

FDCC provides installation and setup services for audio-visual systems, networking, cabling, and other IT infrastructure required for the space.

Fit out

Project Documentation and Reporting 

1st DC will provide the necessary documentation, such as design drawings, specifications, project progress reports, and completion certificates.
